EPES Transport System, LLC (a Penske Logistics division) is hiring a CDL Class A Truck Driver. This role offers $0.75 per mile with weekly pay averaging $1,650–$1,700, plus a utilization bonus based on miles driven. All no-touch freight, mostly drop & hook. Home weekly with most weekends.

You'll operate late-model Penske trucks with in-cab cameras for safety and comfort, with comprehensive benefits including paid vacation from day one and retirement, health, disability, life, and more.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years, or 2 years in last 5 years.
• DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal/state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is required.
• English language proficiency required by law.

This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver

$0.75 per mile, $1650 to $1700 per week average pay

Additional utilization bonus based on miles driven

All no touch freight, mostly drop & hook

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks

Dry Van Loads comprised of Freight of All Kinds (FAK), with a mixture of live load/unload and drop & hook freight

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
