Position Description

The gastroenterologist will devote their effort to patient care in general gastroenterology and endoscopy, as well as academic work in research, quality improvement, medical education, program development or another academic area. The individual will report to the Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at UCSF Health.

Minimum Requirements: Candidate must be board certified or eligible in gastroenterology.

Salary: The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base salary range for this position is $110,500-$333,700. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
