Job summary

Pritchard Industries, Inc. is seeking a General Cleaner to join our team in West Orange, NJ. The role involves cleaning floors, restrooms, break rooms, and other areas to keep facilities safe and sanitary.

You will work with a professional, initiative-taking attitude and support our reliable service goals. This part-time position offers 20 hours per week, with evening hours from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Janitor experience a plus but will train
• Part-time availability

Responsibilities

• General cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal
• Restroom and break room cleaning and sanitization
• Other miscellaneous duties to maintain a healthy, safe, and sanitary facility

General Cleaner

You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Part-time
• Pay rate $16.00/hr
• Hours: 20hrs/week, 6:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday
