Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash; restrooms cleaned and serviced.
• Move heavy equipment or furniture as needed.
• Mix cleaning agents according to specifications.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Perform floor care (steam cleaning carpets, apply wax, buff) as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
