Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift General Cleaner for our manufacturing facility in North Carolina. You will perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom service, trash removal, and surface sanitization.

The role requires safety awareness and reliable transportation. We value dependable, professional individuals who can follow schedules and directions from supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean surfaces.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow schedules and adhere to instructions from supervisor.
• Demonstrates professionalism in a manufacturing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean buildings by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash and maintain restrooms (supply, clean, and service).
• Mix cleaning agents according to specifications.
• Move heavy equipment, objects, or furniture as needed.
• Identify and report possible repairs and maintenance needs.
• Perform floor work (carpet steam cleaning, waxing, buffing) as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
