Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and are able to work evenings or overnight shifts, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap.
• Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to supervisor.
• Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality control standards.
• Ensure consistent, reliable attendance.
• Treat all client and company information confidentially.
• Fill in for other cleaners as needed when available.

Experience | Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and use equipment properly

• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)

Physical Demands | Working Conditions

• Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
• Lifting up to 35 lbs as needed
• Indoor and potential occasional outdoor work

• Evening shifts
• Schedule is 6pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday
• Weekdays and/or weekends as needed if position requires it
• Part-time hours
• On-call availability is a plus
