Summary

The General Cleaner performs cleaning tasks as outlined in the contract with the customer. They report problems or suspicious activity to their supervisor or manager.

Job Duties

1. Empty trash and recycling.
2. Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces.
3. Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas.
4. Clean restrooms with disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock supplies, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.
5. Ensure all lights are on/off and doors are locked when leaving an area.
6. Keep closets clean, neat, and organized.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation for consistent dependability.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screen as per contractual obligations.
