Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner at the Unity Point PACE Center in Bettendorf, IA. This two-part time role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00pm–8:00pm, with weekend availability. The position pays $15/hr and offers Daily Pay options and 401(k) eligibility.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking supplies, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe, clean environment for clients and staff. Must be 18+, possess reliable transportation, and have a HS diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Clean, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gather and empty trash bins following health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:
