Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a General Cleaner for weekend shifts in Milwaukee, WI. You will perform routine janitorial tasks using eco-friendly products and report maintenance needs to keep facilities clean and safe.

Competitive hourly pay of $17.00 with benefits and opportunities for growth; training provided and daily pay options available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Some janitorial experience preferred; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in 4M’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed supplies and equipment.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, leaks and drips.

Job description

General Cleaner: Janitorial Services

Saturday-7:30pm to 10pm / Sunday-4:30pm to 7pm

Hourly: $17.00

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.

• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
