Job summary

4M Building Solutions is hiring a General Cleaner for full-time daytime shifts in Michigan. You will perform frontline cleaning using green-sealed products, wipe down surfaces, remove trash, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues.

• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Tackle cleaning responsibilities including wiping down surfaces, fixtures, glass, mirrors and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Report repairs, leaks and drips as noticed.
• Follow 4M’s green-sealed cleaning practices.

General Cleaner: Janitorial Services- Full Time

Pay Rate: $15.50/hour
Days: Monday - Friday
Times: 7am – 3:30pm

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Remove trash.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
