MAJOR FUNCTION:

The General Cleaner, under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager, is responsible for performing janitorial duties for buildings and related areas. Quality customer service skills are required. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
- Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
- Cleaning windowsills and windows.
- Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
- Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
- Wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
- Maintain vending closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
- Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

- Collaborate with other employees.
Requirements (Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, And Education And/or Experience):
- Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services related experience.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
- Floor care experience is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good client/customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
Working Conditions And/or Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in various physical positions, including standing, sitting, walking, bending and repetitive movement.
MAJOR FUNCTION:
The
Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for all job tasks associated with billing, including but not limited to preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring billing tasks are completed timely and accurately. The individual must possess excellent numerical and data entry skills, and strong attention to detail. Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients based on services rendered.
- Insuring accurate and proper customer on-boarding into Sage Intacct.
- Updating customer information as needed.
- Review billing documents for accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
- Ensuring all billing is allocated to the proper departments.
- Assist the operations team in all billing requests and issues.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors.
- Communicate with the operations team to answer billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure seamless billing processes and clean month end closings.
- Maintain proper documentation of billing activities.
- Generate reports related to billing activities and account receivables.
- Perform special projects delegated from management as needed.
Key Interactions:
- Engage with all leaders and stakeholders.
- Engage with all employees organizationally as needed.
- Partner with the Billing Manager and Billing Director
Requirements (Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, And Education And/or Experience:
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel.
- Experience with billing software Sage Intacct a plus but not required.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions And/or Physical Requirements
- Office-based role with potential for occasional visits to operational sites.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in various physical positions, including standing, sitting, and walking.
