Major Function

The General Cleaner, under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager, is responsible for performing janitorial duties for buildings and related areas. Quality customer service skills are required. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Cleaning sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
  • Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Emptying trash cans, replacing liners, and cleaning receptacles as necessary.
  • Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
  • Cleaning windowsills and windows.
  • Maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Maintaining janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
  • Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
  • Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
  • Maintaining vending closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Performing other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements (Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, and Education/Experience)
  • Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services experience.
  • Valid Driver's License is a plus.
  • Floor care experience is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good client/customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various physical positions, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, and repetitive movements.
Major Function: Billing Coordinator

The Billing Coordinator is responsible for all billing-related tasks, including preparing and issuing invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. Must possess excellent numerical and data entry skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered.
  • Ensure accurate customer onboarding into Sage Intacct.
  • Update customer information as needed.
  • Review billing documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure billing is allocated correctly.
  • Assist with billing requests and issues.
  • Investigate and resolve billing errors.
  • Communicate with the operations team regarding billing inquiries and payments.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure seamless billing processes and month-end closings.
  • Maintain documentation of billing activities.
  • Generate billing and receivables reports.
  • Perform special projects as delegated.

  • Partner with Billing Manager and Director.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent numerical and data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus but not required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Office-based role with potential visits to operational sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
  • Work in various physical positions, including standing, sitting, and walking.
