Job Summary Details:

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. This position is Monday-Friday from 1pm to 9:30pm with a pay rate of $15.50/hr.

Pay Range: $15.50/hr - $18/hr

The listed pay is the hourly range or rate for this position. Actual offers will vary based on experience, skills, abilities, location, and market data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify Manager of repairs or additions needed for building systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and managers
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture, boxes, and equipment as needed
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash and perform seasonal tasks like raking leaves or snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms and food areas
