Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Day Porter/General Cleaner to maintain client facility cleanliness and safety. You will vacuum, mop, sweep, take out trash, and clean restrooms and break rooms while upholding high standards of cleanliness.

This full-time position offers a $14.00 per hour pay rate with working hours 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, plus health benefits, life insurance, long-term disability, FSA, a 401K, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus; training available.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds; reliable transportation.
• Full-time role with benefits and paid hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors and trash removal.
• Clean restrooms and break rooms; maintain sanitary facilities.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter/General Cleaner. You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
