Job summary

Pritchard Industries in Massachusetts is hiring a Day Porter/General Cleaner to maintain clean and sanitary facilities. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, and trash removal in restrooms and break rooms.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks.
• Full-Time availability; 40 hours/week, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.

• Willingness to train in janitorial tasks.

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter/General Cleaner. You may be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Full-Time
• Pay rate $24.70/hr
• 40 Hours/week, 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday
