Summary

The General Cleaner performs cleaning tasks as outlined in the contract with the customer. Reports any issues or suspicious activity to the supervisor or manager.

Job Duties

1. Empty trash and recycling
2. Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces
3. Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
4. Clean restrooms with disinfectants, restock supplies, clean fixtures, mirrors, dispensers, and floors
5. Ensure proper lighting and secure doors when leaving an area
6. Keep closets clean and organized
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation for dependability
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• Pass a background check and drug screen as per contractual obligations
