Job summary

Vonachen Group seeks a General Cleaner for Lillibridge Healthcare Services in Decatur, IL. This part-time, 2nd shift position offers competitive wages, daily pay options, and benefits including PTO and 401(k) eligibility after 60 days.

You will perform cleaning tasks, stock supplies, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for clients. Must be 18+, reliable transportation, and able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, and trash removal.
• Stock and organize janitorial supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management of safety hazards or repairs.
• Monitor building security by locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and trainings as assigned by supervisor.

Job Skills / Requirements

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.


• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.


• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.


• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.


• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
