Job summary

GDI seeks an experienced cleaner to service a commercial/manufacturing facility in Biddeford, ME. This full-time evening role runs Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, offering steady hours and the opportunity to contribute to a major client’s site operations.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, restrooms, floors, waste removal, and supply replenishment. Candidates must have reliable transport and be able to pass a federal background check; timekeeping is phone-based.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)

• Cleaning of a commercial/manufacturing building.
• Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
• Cleaning restrooms and break-rooms, hallways.
• Dusting.

• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned
