GDI Services in Scarborough, Maine is seeking a dedicated cleaning technician for a medical office building. Shift: Monday–Friday 5:30pm–9:30pm. You will clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms, ensuring a spotless facility after hours.

Responsibilities include stocking dispensers, trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Attendance is essential and a federal background check is required. Reliable transportation and phone-based timekeeping are needed.

Available Shifts: Monday - Friday 5:30ppm-9:30pm

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

Complete work within budgeted time (4 hours)
Cleaning and sanitizing of a medical office building
Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer
Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, dusting, and trash removal
Sweeping, mopping and vacuum

Requirements:

Attendance is essential
Experience with cleaning commercial/medical buildings a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a federal background check
Ability to work independently
Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system)
