Job summary

GDI Integrated Facility Services is seeking a reliable cleaning professional for a Monday-Friday shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM in Augusta, Maine. The role involves cleaning a commercial office building, refilling supplies, cleaning restrooms and break-rooms, dusting, trash removal, and floor care, with ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Attendance is essential.
• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Timekeeping (punching into and out of work using a phone-based system).

Responsibilities

• Complete work within budgeted time (8 hours).
• Cleaning of a commercial office building.
• Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
• Cleaning restrooms and break-rooms.
• Dusting.
• Trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
