Job summary

4M Building Solutions is seeking a dependable General Cleaner to join the St. Louis area operations. You will be trained to perform cleaning, disinfecting and upkeep duties across client facilities, acting as a friendly, reliable face for the team.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. You will follow safety guidelines, assist with supplies, and help ensure a clean, welcoming environment for occupants.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some janitorial experience is required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect using company practices and supplies.
• Wipe down surfaces, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
• Remove trash and replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum; report repairs or leaks as needed.

Full Time Hours

You’ll be a frontline Team Member, trained and ready to tackle a variety of responsibilities including:

• Get trained in 4M’s state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Be a facility’s valuable extra set of eyes—report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.

General Cleaner

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00
