Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify the manager of repairs or additions needed to building systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and managers
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move furniture, boxes, and equipment as needed
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping, raking leaves, cutting grass, or snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms and food area surfaces
