Inova Children's Neurology in Northern Virginia seeks a board-certified pediatric neurologist to join our growing team. This full-time role supports a comprehensive pediatric program within the Inova Health System, offering a dynamic practice alongside colleagues in Neurosurgery, Neuropsychology, Neuroimaging, and Genetics.

The position features outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, teaching opportunities for medical students and residents, and participation in multidisciplinary care teams.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Child Neurology or board-eligible.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Neurology residency.

Inova Children's is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Child Neurologist to join our growing pediatric team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a nationally recognized children's health system and contribute to the continued expansion of comprehensive pediatric specialty care throughout Northern Virginia. This full-time position is eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Inova Children's Neurology is seeking to add Child Neurologists to a growing team with expertise in fetal-neonatal neurology, epilepsy, neuromuscular, headache, concussion/TBI, neuro-oncology, and hospital care. The Inova Children's Neurology team collaborates in patient care with Neurosurgery, Neuropsychology, Neuroimaging, Neuro-oncology, Genetics, Psychiatry, Developmental Pediatrics, and Neuropathology.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification:Board eligible or board certifiedinChild Neurology.
• Training:Completion of an ACGME Accredited Pediatric Neurology Residency Program
• Subspecialtyexpertisein epilepsy, neuromuscularorsleepwould be appreciated but notrequiredfor this general child neurology position
• Licensure:Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia.
• Certification:Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
• Payer Credentialing:Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and Ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor
• Medical Staff Credentialing:Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership andappropriate clinicalprivileges sufficient to perform all required services
