Applicants should have 5+ years of carpentry, solid residential construction knowledge, ability to work independently or within a crew, and a valid MA driver license. DOT physical may be required for company vehicle use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and multi-disciplined General Carpenter to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a wide range of residential projects.

Our work changes daily and includes everything from rough framing and structural carpentry to detailed finish work and custom installations. We are looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented who maintains a positive and professional attitude on every job site.

This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in all aspects of their work and believes that “no job is too small.”
