Pulse Heart Institute at MultiCare is seeking a General Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, established cardiology practice in central Washington. As a provider within our physician-governed cardiovascular institute, you will deliver high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role requires a Master of Science in Nursing, a Nurse Practitioner credential, WA ARNP licensure by start date, and prescriptive authority (DEA/NPI).

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing required.
• Post Bachelor’s Nurse Practitioner Program completed.
• WA ARNP licensed by time of employment.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam completed.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS & ACLS for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Base Compensation: $124,831.00 - 166,995.00 plus eligibility for performance bonus and call pay

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,831.00 - $166,995.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
