MercyOne Iowa Heart is seeking a BC/BE General Cardiologist to join its well-established practice in Ames, Iowa. Combined since 2009, MercyOne Medical Center and Iowa Heart Center are continuing to expand as one of the nation's largest and most prestigious cardiovascular care practices.

MercyOne Iowa Heart Center was founded in 1970 and is one of the largest cardiovascular practices in the US. With 51 Physicians and 40 APPs, services are offered in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Preventative Cardiology, and Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Iowa Heart Center has an accredited Cardiology Fellowship program (7 Fellows), has 8 primary office locations, and serves more than 19 outreach facilities spanning much of the state of Iowa. We have an active clinic research department, participate in all the major STS registries, and perform more than 10,000 cardiac interventions a year.
