Island Health is seeking a full-time board-eligible/board-certified General Cardiologist in Anacortes, Washington. This unique opportunity involves establishing a new cardiology practice, focusing on rural health. The position offers a balanced work-life with a 4-day work week, competitive compensation between $553,414 and $676,394 per year, including a sign-on bonus of $30,000. Candidates must be proficient in interpreting Echocardiograms and hold or be eligible for a Washington State Medical License.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interpret Echocardiograms.
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Echocardiography is required.
• Active Washington State Medical License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and interpretation of ECHO's, stress testing, and heart rhythm monitors.
• Supervision of devices, ambulatory APP, clinic appointments, and follow-up cardiology appointments.
• General Cardiology hospital call coverage required.
