Job summary

AAMCO Transmissions, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our total car care center. You will handle maintenance, diagnostics, and transmission-related repairs, explaining findings to service writers and teammates to ensure accurate estimates.

Responsibilities include inspecting and repairing automotive systems, assisting others, and continuously updating skills with our training and support resources. We offer competitive compensation and strong training programs for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a General Automotive/R&R Technician.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

As an Automotive Technician, you will be working in a total car care repair center, with jobs ranging from standard maintenance to transmission, electrical diagnostics and everything in between if you have the proper skill set. This position will be responsible for explaining technical diagnoses and needed repairs to service staff and team members.
