Specialized Experience:

Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the private sector with litigation experience and prior experience in at least one of the following areas: Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA); Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law; Administrative Law; Corporate Transactional Law, or Complex Civil Litigation.
