Leading Technology Composites, Inc. is seeking a Helmet Assembly Technician for a full-time first shift in Wichita, KS.

The role involves assembling parts per work orders and finishing with trimming, drilling, countersinking, filling, and sanding using small hand tools. Responsibilities include reading orders, following multi-step instructions, maintaining dexterity and visual accuracy, lifting when needed, and standing for extended periods.

Helmet Assembly Technician

Full Time, 1st Shift Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 6 AM to 3:30 PM , Friday 6 AM to 10 AM

General Job Responsibilities:

Assembles parts as directed by work orders; finish parts by laying out, trim, drill, countersink, fill, and sand. May also apply markings, and package parts after completion. Includes use of small hand tools such as drills and sanders.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and understand written and verbal work orders
• follow detailed, multi-step instructions; and communicate questions and suggestions.
