Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Canaan, CT is seeking a General Assembler for a 12-month contract with a 40-hour work week. Shifts D: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with alternating weekends.

You will perform testing and inspection of medical devices and may conduct quality inspections on the processing line per specifications, while following SOPs and quality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly with quality inspection experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications in English and perform basic math.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement.
• Must be able to work flexible or extended hours and report on time.
• Attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks.

Job Description

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience with substantial quality inspection experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
