Job summary

Apache Workforce is seeking General Assemblers / General Laborers for a position in the Houston area. This role offers hands-on experience and opportunities to learn basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks while supporting skilled workers on daily projects.

Starting pay is $16/hour with overtime after 40 hours. The schedule is Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, with Saturday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and occasional extended hours. A 6-day workweek is required.

Qualifications

• Previous general labor, construction, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Ability to work a 6-day workweek
• Comfort with extended hours when needed
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and manual labor

Responsibilities

• Assist with general assembly and production tasks
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist skilled workers with daily projects
• Learn and assist with plumbing, electrical work, carpentry
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean
