Job summary

Apache Workforce LLC is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for multiple industrial manufacturing partners in Houston. This hands-on role involves reading blueprints, assembling components, and performing quality checks in a production shop environment.

Night and day shifts are available with weekly pay and growth opportunities into lead roles. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of assembly experience, can read drawings, and work well with torque wrenches, calipers, and levels.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineered drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience with measuring tools and quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies using blueprints and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and basic powered equipment to complete tasks.
• Install mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, and hardware.
• Perform quality checks using measuring, alignment, and torque tools.
• Identify and report defective materials or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support production flow and assist other departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
