Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking an Assembler to produce parts by assembling components by hand or with basic machinery under the supervision of a Production Supervisor.

The role requires following work instructions, inspecting at shift start, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. Candidates should have basic reading, math, and teamwork skills and be able to work 5–6 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Manual dexterity with machines.
• Attention to detail in assembly and inspection.
• Ability to read basic words and perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and subassemblies by hand or with simple machinery.
• Follow work instructions and route sheets; pack products for departments.
• Inspect machines at shift start and note on check sheet.
• Clean and lubricate machinery as required.
• Inspect and place parts in designated trays and meet quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report faults to supervisor.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and monitor machines.
