Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking entry level to mid-level candidates for manufacturing roles in a medical devices environment. The positions involve fabrication, assembly, testing and packaging of devices, with periodic setup, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Roles require reading and understanding English specifications and basic math, and teamwork is essential. Shifts include 1st, 2nd and 3rd, with durations up to 12 months and a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, test and package medical devices; set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections on processing lines per SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Read, write and interpret English specifications; perform basic math calculations.
• Use basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
• Be flexible with hours and report to work punctually.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and team collaboration.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment.
• May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
