Safety Responsibilities

Safety is a core value in everything we do. As a General Assembler, you are expected to actively contribute to a safe and productive workplace by:

• Following all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Properly using required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other equipment as required.
• Safely operating hand tools and assembly equipment according to training and established guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to reduce safety hazards and improve efficiency.
• Immediately reporting unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near misses, or damaged equipment to a supervisor.
• Participating in safety training and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Practicing proper lifting techniques and ergonomic work habits.
• Taking personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of your teammates.
