Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly operations, including wire cutting, stripping, and torque application.

• Operate laser marking and laser welding equipment as directed.
• Read and follow manufacturing work instructions and drawings.
• Conduct basic electrical testing such as insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity checks.
• Inspect using rulers and calipers and adhere to safety procedures.
• Follow company policies and plant procedures.

Position Type: Part-Time

Salary Range: $19.26 - $19.26 Hourly

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform a variety of assembly and machine operation tasks, including mechanical assembly, sensor assembly, and operation of automated and semi-automated equipment such as laser marking and laser welding systems. The ideal candidate is committed to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical fitting assembly operations, including wire cutting, stripping, fitting assembly, and torque application for standard and customized fitting configurations.
• Assemble sensor components and catalog sensor termination styles, including PJs and termination heads.
• Operate automatic and semi-automatic production equipment, including laser marking and laser welding machines.
• Read and follow manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and basic engineering drawings.
• Conduct basic electrical testing, including insulation resistance, continuity, and polarity checks.
• Perform inspections using common measuring tools such as rulers and calipers.
• Follow all company policies, plant procedures, and safety requirements.
