Job summary

Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital in East Norriton, PA is seeking a General Anesthesiologist to join our hospital-based team. The department includes 6 anesthesiologists and 19 CRNAs, with an integrated team of 29 physicians and 40+ CRNAs, covering a variety of surgical services.

Salary is based on a 40-hour work week, with overtime for extra hours. The facility handles ~5000 cases across OR, ASC, and endoscopy, and offers a robust benefits package and professional support for new graduates.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program is required.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency is required.
• Appropriate licenses and certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for cases including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, plastic surgery, and urology in hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Support ~5000 cases across hospital OR / ASC / endoscopy center.
• Join an anesthesia department consisting of multiple physicians and CRNAs and participate in in-house call.
• Work weekday shifts with on-call duties as described in the posting.
