Edge Advisors is assisting a private dental practice in Michigan as it adds a full-time associate. The schedule is a 4-day workweek (32 hours, 8am-5pm) with potential to add days if desired.

Compensation includes a guaranteed salary plus a percentage of adjusted production, with earnings in the $250k–$350k range and top earners exceeding $400k. Practice features a high-end, well-equipped facility with 20+ operatories, state-of-the-art technology, and a supportive team of hygienists and doctors.

Compensation: Competitive guaranteed salary and % of adjusted production. Associates can expect to earn 250-350 annually and high earners can make $400K+.

CE: Very supportive CE/learning environment

Pathway to Partnership/Ownership: Yes. No buy in necessary - Earn shares via tenure and productivity!

Facility: High end, large, well equipped practice.

Operatories: 20+ operatories

Technology: state of the art. Cone beam, Tvs on ceiling, Wave One Endo, Implant Equipment.

Professional Staff: Highly skilled, long-term clinical team consisting of 10-11 hygienists on daily and a doctor team of 3-5.

Unique/Historic selling points: Well run, busy, productive practice with loyal patients and very positive reputation.

Community Details: St Joseph is a beautiful coastal town on the west southern shore of Michigan. Just north of South Bend, IN (Notre Dame) and 1 hour west of Kalamazoo, MI. Loop around the lake and you're in Chicago in 1.5 hrs. This is a great small / mid sized town on the shore that is perfect for family life and fun summers on Lake Michigan.
