This full-time role focuses on end-to-end technical support, process transfer, validation, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate has a B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or related field, 3–4 years of biopharmaceutical experience, and strong data analysis, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of biopharma manufacturing experience with process changes.
• Experience with process development/engineering of Drug Substance.
• Strong data analysis and technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical support for gene therapy drug substance manufacturing.
• Support facility design, construction, commissioning, and startup projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to transfer, implement, and maintain processes at multiple facilities.
• Provide floor-level technical oversight during product campaigns and troubleshoot processes/equipment.
• Collect and trend process data, perform capability assessments, identify improvements.
