Job description

In your journey with us, you will engage directly with Boards, CEOs, workforces, or directly with people at risk to promote a culture of safety and respect. This is your chance to be part of our growing advisory and response team. Our advisory team members lead comprehensive workshops, develop visionary initiatives, conduct psycho-social risk assessments, and implement employee surveys designed to empower businesses and support employees affected by domestic violence. Our crisis and security response team members respond to incidents in the community, at home, or in the workplace.

Be part of the team that:

  1. Leads the development and implementation of gender safety initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational goals.
  2. Designs and delivers engaging workshops focused on workplace violence prevention.
  3. Conducts psycho-social risk assessments and develops employee surveys to proactively identify and address workplace hazards.
  4. Collaborates with our ERS team to utilize expertise in risk management and training resources.
  5. Creates vital support programs for employees experiencing domestic violence, ensuring access to confidential reporting mechanisms.
  6. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of gender safety initiatives based on data-driven recommendations.
  7. Provides remote or location-based crisis and emergency support to victim-survivors.
  8. Provides remote or location-based security support to victim-survivors.
  9. Provides third-party investigation services.
  10. Provides police liaison services.
