Job summary

Databricks in NYC is seeking an experienced engineer to build novel GenAI interfaces and maintain user-centric experiences across data-driven applications. You will work in a small, nimble team to ship full-stack features from concept through launch and adoption.

You should have 5+ years of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, strong frameworks experience, and a product-minded approach to solving ambiguous customer problems with MVPs and data-driven iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into scrappy MVPs and iterate quickly based on data and user feedback.
• AI product experience with a strong UI/UX component is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams to align technical strategy with company growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development to create dynamic, user-centric interfaces for GenAI agents.
• Partner with product management, design, and engineering to build scalable, intuitive solutions.
• Establish best practices for building valuable AI products within the team and across Databricks.
