Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior GenAI Algorithms Engineer to push the state-of-the-art in foundation models, training, and deployment. You will shape data preparation, training efficiency, and inference optimization across cloud and edge, collaborating with research, product, and infrastructure teams.

You will contribute to open-source GenAI tools such as Megatron-LM, Megatron Bridge, and NeMo-RL, while delivering high-performance software for large-scale AI systems.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS, AI, Applied Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong foundation in ML, DL, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data preparation pipelines for high-quality multimodal datasets.
• Develop algorithms to improve training efficiency for large-scale pre-training and post-training.
• Advance inference efficiency across cloud and edge platforms.
• Contribute to NVIDIA's open-source GenAI training stack (Megatron-LM, Megatron Bridge, NeMo-RL).
