Job summary

Hillwood Development Company LLC seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to convert approved business use cases into secure, production-grade GenAI solutions in Dallas, TX. You will deliver scalable, reusable patterns and integrate with Claude API, ChatGPT, Azure Functions, and more.

You will collaborate with AI business solution engineers, IT architecture, security, and data teams to ensure reliable, trusted solutions that scale across Hillwood.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Delivery of production-grade GenAI solutions used by real users.
• Multi-step, agentic workflows designed with orchestration.
• Experience with major LLM platforms (Claude/OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
• Experience with RAG solutions and contextual intelligence pipelines.
• Experience building APIs, cloud functions, or backend services.
• Power Automate or similar low-code tools preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and business systems.
• Exposure to real estate or property operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved business requirements into technical designs.
• Design and build production-grade GenAI applications and workflows.
• Develop reusable solution patterns and implementation standards.
• Integrate AI solutions with Hillwood’s existing technology stack.
• Own technical solution quality, including prompt engineering and monitoring.
• Operate within risk-tier governance and ARB reviews.
