Job summary

You will contribute to whitepapers, blogs, and workshops, helping customers realize practical GenAI/ML benefits on AWS. Strong collaboration with engineering and field teams is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work in software development, cloud computing or related tech domains.
• 2+ years in design, implementation or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years in IT development or consulting in software/internet industries.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers as trusted advisor and guide GenAI/Agentic projects.
• Design scalable, cloud-native GenAI/ML architectures and reference patterns.
• Create technical content and enablement materials for teams and customers.
• Lead hands-on deep dives, workshops and knowledge sharing.
