Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is building its Generative AI engineering team, focused on applying LLM-powered agent tools, MCP integrations, and RAG systems in production for institutional investors worldwide.

You will design, implement, and ship production-grade AI software using Python (FastAPI, LangChain) and TypeScript/React, using Claude Code as a core part of daily workflow and building scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM, agentic, or AI/ML systems in production/near-production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain LLM agent pipelines, MCP integrations, and RAG systems using Python (FastAPI, LangChain) and TypeScript/React.
• Use Claude Code as a daily engineering tool for code generation and debugging.
• Collaborate to optimize AI-powered software applications and participate in code reviews.
