Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a product manager to guide AI-enabled Search features from conception to launch. You will work cross-functionally with Research, Search Quality, and engineering to translate user insights into concrete, high-impact product improvements used by billions.

In this role you will own evaluation of model outputs, define strategy for AI Answers and Overviews, and drive scalable GenAI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business aspects.
• Own critical Search improvements leveraging web quality for AI experiences.
• Partner with Research, Search Quality, and engineering teams to translate insights into quality product work.
• Define product strategy for AI Answers and Overviews and unlock new use cases.
• Lead model output evaluation and drive measurable product quality improvements.
