Internet Brands in El Segundo, CA is seeking an experienced AI Research & Operations Analyst Lead to guide a team of 5–10 analysts, translate business needs into actionable AI projects, and align AI initiatives with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching, shaping how Internet Brands adopts AI across its portfolio, and delivering high-quality prototypes, evaluations, and workflows while maintaining strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software, analytics, or PM experience with web apps.
• 1+ years mentoring a team of individual contributors.
• 2+ years hands-on with generative AI tools and LLM APIs.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to scope ambiguous requests and break work into tasks.
• Experience triaging complex technical or operational issues.
• Highly organized with multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–10 Associate AI Analysts.
• Translate business needs into structured, actionable AI plans.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and business stakeholders on AI opportunities.
• Step in on projects to guide direction and unblock progress.
• Ensure prototypes, evaluations, automations, and docs meet quality standards.
• Maintain clear written and verbal updates to stakeholders.
