Internet Brands is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics (AI-Integrated Analytics) in Los Angeles, CA. You will guide a team of analysts, interpret key performance metrics with business owners, and systematically embed AI technologies into daily data workflows.

The role focuses on advanced analytics, AI workflow integration, and executive-ready communication—driving insights across marketing, product, and web analytics to improve ROI and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business and web-behavior problems.
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and prioritizing workloads for other analysts.
• Strong core technical stack: SQL 4+ years, Tableau 3+ years, advanced Excel, data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact performance summaries, trend analyses, and dashboards using SQL/Tableau/Excel; apply AI-assisted tooling to prototype dashboards.
• Identify and design AI-assisted processes to streamline analytics workflows and automate QA checks.
• Lead and mentor analysts in data visualization, SQL, and AI tools to boost team output and efficiency.
• Convert complex analyses into executive-ready presentations and actionable plans for C-level stakeholders.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on web traffic, email, and app engagement; provide ROI and segmentation insights to marketing teams.
• Deploy workflow assistants or AI agents to streamline documentation and internal data requests with human-in-the-loop validation.
