Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a RAG Architect/Engineer in Dallas, TX to design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI RAG solutions. You will lead both architecture and hands-on work across data storage, processing, and high-performance retrieval, collaborating with product managers and engineers to turn business needs into scalable GenAI systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and deploying enterprise AI applications.
• 3+ years using pre-trained language models via APIs/frameworks.
• 3+ years using core NLP libraries and modern orchestration frameworks.
• 5+ years Python experience in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design foundational vector database structures for LLM-based GenAI tooling.
• Architect and scale GenAI infrastructure including storage, processing, and retrieval.
• Lead architectural decisions with external GenAI providers for scalability and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with product, software, and data teams to translate requirements into GenAI solutions.
• Drive model optimization and fine-tuning for large language models to improve performance.
